目的:选择适宜的制粒工艺,提高接骨七厘片的片芯质量,利于薄膜包衣进行。方法:采用正交实验,以片芯硬度、脆碎度和外观为考察指标,优选出适宜的粘合剂,以提高接骨七厘片的片芯质量。以保证接骨七厘片的药品质量。结果:以2%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为粘合剂,以75%乙醇为湿润剂,通过高效湿法混合制粒机一步制粒法制粒,可使压制的接骨七厘片的素片外表光洁,硬度达5~6kg·cm2以上,接骨七厘片的素片崩解在20min以内,脆碎度<0.3%。结论:根据接骨七厘片的片芯要求,应用新型粘合剂,能较好地解决老法生产接骨七厘片时的中药麻面、松片、硬度不够的问题,使接骨七厘片达到薄膜包衣的要求。
