成人水痘是由带状疱疹病毒引起一种常见急性呼吸道传染疾病。以发热、皮疹为主要临床特征。四季散发,冬春季为发病高峰期。儿童多见于原发性感染的水痘。而成人以带状疱疹系皮肤感染多见。但近几年本院门诊成人水痘例数较往年明显增多,成人水痘发病率有上升趋势。因该病属非国家监控、管制传染疾病。成人因工作、学习等多种因素大多在门诊诊治。现将2011年10月至2013年5月在本院门诊诊治18岁以上93例成人水痘临床特征及治
