加入WTO即加入国际经济奥运会 ,参加国际经济奥运会竞赛的是WTO成员国和地区的各类各种企业。我国加入WTO后主要面临的是国外的、特别是西方的企业或企业集团的市场竞争 ,应当实行集团军战略。实行集团军战略 ,按照最优资源配置方式建立资本雄厚、劳动效率高、管理成本低、产品竞争力强的企业集团 ,既能应对WTO的挑战 ,又能抓住WTO带来的机遇 ,不断增强我国综合国力。

After China's accession to the WTO, it is mainly facing the market competition of foreign enterprises, especially the western enterprises or enterprise groups, and should implement the strategy of the group army. Implementing the strategy of the Group Army and establishing an enterprise group with strong capital, high labor efficiency, low management cost and strong product competitiveness according to the optimal allocation of resources can not only meet the challenges posed by the WTO but also seize the opportunities brought by the WTO and continuously enhance China's Comprehensive national strength.
