芽孢杆菌接种剂的制备菌,系选自作物根际的6株有益细菌。为探明该菌株可否与目前大田使用浓度的24种农药混合施用,从而进行了制备菌的耐药性测定。经扩散法抑菌试验和斜面与稀释培养结果表明,“02”、丁草胺、杀草丹等农药对6株参试菌均有强烈或明显的抑制作用,对强氯精有致死作用。其余20种农药除对个别菌株有较明显的抑制作用外,对其它菌株均无明显的抑制作用。井冈毒素农药与多效菌剂按1:1混合后可在室温条件下保存1年以上,而对井冈霉素的效价和芽孢杆菌的存活量无甚影响。
Preparation of Bacillus Inoculants, is selected from the rhizosphere of crops of 6 beneficial bacteria. In order to find out whether this strain can be mixed with 24 pesticides currently used in field, the antibiotic resistance of the prepared bacteria was tested. The bacteriostasis test by diffusion method and the results of bevel and dilution culture showed that pesticides such as “02”, butachlor, and herbicide had a strong or obvious inhibitory effect on 6 tested bacteria and had a lethal effect on strong chlorine. The remaining 20 kinds of pesticides in addition to individual strains have a more obvious inhibitory effect on other strains had no significant inhibitory effect. Jing-toxin pesticides and pleiotropic agents mixed at 1: 1 can be stored at room temperature for more than 1 year, while the potency of validamycin and Bacillus no significant impact on the survival.
