分析某工程框架柱贯通施工缺陷的成因,建立局部结构模型进行不同荷载条件下的数值分析,从而明确了柱贯通缺陷对其联系构件内力的影响,在此基础上对整个结构的可靠性进行评估,并制定采用黏贴碳纤维复合材料的加固方案,加固效果良好。分析表明:框架柱存在贯通缺陷时,与其联系的构件内力将发生较大变化,结构不满足抗震要求,存在安全隐患;具有贯通缺陷框架柱需要及时加固,并应采取有效措施确保在加固施工过程中结构的安全,同时对加固效果进行检测,以评估加固后的结构能否满足设计要求。
