通过对加稀e土和未加稀土的Al-Zn-Mg合金的对比实验,研究了稀土元素(RE)对合金超塑性的影响,探讨了加稀土合金的动态再结晶行为,利用X光衍射线形分析方法测定了超塑变形中位错密度变化的规律。
The effects of rare earth elements (RE) on the superplasticity of the alloy were studied by comparing the addition of rare earth with Al-Zn-Mg alloy without addition of rare earth. The dynamic recrystallization behavior of rare earth alloy was discussed. Linear analysis method was used to determine the variation of dislocation density in superplastic deformation.
