自由主义右翼旗手诺齐克试图以自然法赋予个体权利的绝对性,并说明个体权利的合理根源,这可从权利的道德起源,权利享有的分离化,以及权利原则自身的权威性等三个向度阐释权利合乎正义的具体表现,其权利实现排斥个体的共同体义务,致使其理论内部出现自我与客观世界分离,个体与共同体分离,这是诺齐克理论难以摆脱的困境,不过,这对当代社会、政治有强烈的启示意义。
