文献报导的血液中锌和铜的测定是采用干法灰化,然后酸溶,再用原子吸收法测定,或者用三氯醋酸除去血清中的蛋白质后再进行原子吸收法测定。虽然这两种方法都是可行的,但都需要一定的预处理,费时操作要求严格,否则将造成较大的误差。笔者采用6%的正丁醇对血清进行简单的稀释后直接用原子吸收法测定,简便,快速无需化学预处理,不需加任何干扰抑制剂,避免了试剂和器皿的污染。结果的精度
