Dean Karlan is a professor of economics at Yale University , Founder of Poverty Alleviation and Innovation Initiative, behavioral economist and social entrepreneur. In 2007, Dean Carran won the Presidential Award for Young Scientists in the United States, the highest honor awarded by the U.S. government to the United States for independent research of young scientists and engineers.
