目的建立连续流动分析仪测定饮用水中高锰酸钾指数的分析方法。方法通过绘制标准曲线、测量检出限、精密度、准确度、回收率、测量结果与国家标准方法(GB/T 5750.7—2006)进行比较。结果标准曲线相关系数为0.999 2,线性范围为1.0 mg/L~10.0 mg/L;方法的检出限为0.028 mg/L;精密度为0.43%~1.77%;实际水样加标回收率为102%~108%;测定国家有证标准物质,测量值在其保证值范围内;该法测量结果与国家标准法测量结果比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.010.05)。结论连续流动分析仪测定饮用水中高锰酸盐指数的检出限低,准确度高,线性范围宽,且更高效,操作简单,试剂消耗量小,在大批量样品分析中具有显著优势。
Objective To establish a continuous flow analyzer for the determination of potassium permanganate in drinking water analysis method. The method was compared with the national standard method (GB / T 5750.7-2006) by drawing standard curve, measuring limit of detection, precision, accuracy and recovery rate. Results The calibration curve was 0.999 2 with a linear range of 1.0 mg / L ~ 10.0 mg / L. The detection limit was 0.028 mg / L and the precision was 0.43% ~ 1.77% (T = 0.01 0.05). Conclusion The continuous flow analyzer has the advantages of low detection limit, high accuracy, wide linear range, high efficiency, simple operation and low reagent consumption in the determination of permanganate index in drinking water. It has significant advantages in large sample analysis.
