病史:男,26岁,未婚,矿工。因腹胀、乏力3个月于1993年10月31日入院。近3个月来感腹胀、乏力、上腹不适,食欲一般,无恶心、厌油及腹痛,无畏寒发热,大小便正常,睡眠良好。既往无肝炎病史。每日吸烟1包,夏天常喝啤酒,平时常饮白酒,最大量1次能喝白酒500ml。家族中无类似病人。T36.3℃,R20次/分,P80次/分,BP18/10kPa。发育正常,营养中等,神清合作,全身皮肤无黄染及蜘蛛痣,浅表淋巴结无肿大。头颅、五官及颈部无异常发现。心肺无异常。腹部稍膨隆,脂肪丰满。腹软无压痛,肝于右锁骨中线肋缘下8cm,剑突下12cm,左胸骨旁线肋缘下6cm,质软,表面光滑,无触痛,未触及脾脏。肝区无叩痛,肝上界第5肋间。移动性浊音阴性。肠鸣音正常。实验室资料:血、尿、粪三大常规无异常。出血

Nearly 3 months to feel bloating, fatigue, abdominal discomfort, general appetite, no nausea, tired of oil and abdominal pain, no chills fever, normal urine, good sleep. No past history of hepatitis. Daily smoking 1 pack, drink beer in the summer, usually drink white wine, the maximum amount of 1 can drink white wine 500ml. No similar family in the patient. T36.3 ℃, R20 beats / min, P80 beats / min, BP18 / 10kPa. Normal development, moderate nutrition, clear cooperation, the whole body without yellow stained skin and spider nevus, superficial lymph nodes without swelling. Head, facial features and neck no abnormal findings. No abnormal heart and lung. Abdomen slightly bulging, fatty plump. Abdominal tenderness without tenderness, the liver in the right clavicle under the midline rib margin 8cm, xiphoid 12cm, left sternum next to the rib 6cm, soft, smooth surface, no tenderness, did not touch the spleen. No percussion in the liver area, the upper boundary of the 5th intercostal space. Mobility is negative. Bowel sounds normal.
