植物油中多种真菌毒素的液相色谱-串联质谱检测方法建立及污染调查分析

采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联质谱仪,在多反应监测模式下建立了植物油中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2,赭曲霉毒素A,玉米赤霉烯酮,脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇,T-2毒素和伏马毒素B1的检测方法.以上9种真菌毒素的定量下限为0.2~1.0μg/kg,回收率为73%~98%,相对标准偏差为7.6%~15.0%.利用该方法对产自福建、上海、江苏、山东、陕西等地的花生油、玉米油、大豆油、橄榄油、调和油、芝麻油等样品进行了污染调查.结果发现3个样品检出含有黄曲霉毒素B1,含量均低于国内安全限量;10个样品检出含有玉米赤霉烯酮,其中1个花生油样品和1个玉米油样品的毒素含量分别高达946.2 μg/kg和1 160.1 μg/kg.利用气相色谱-质谱对玉米赤霉烯酮高污染的花生油样品进行脂肪酸成分确证检测,结果发现该花生油样品实为玉米油.
