煤炭工业是一个比较复杂的大系统，仅凭经验和报表对它的发展作出决策是远远不够 的．本文运用层次分析法建立了煤炭工业技术系统层次结构，根据分析对煤炭工业科技战略 提出了决策建议。
The coal industry is a relatively complex large-scale system. It is not enough to make decisions on its development based solely on experience and statements. In this paper, AHP is used to establish the hierarchy of technical system of coal industry. According to the analysis, some suggestions are put forward for the scientific and technological strategy of coal industry.
