对比剂也称之为造影剂,是一种为了增强影响观察效果而服用或注入到机体组织或器官的化学制剂,对比剂的密度要比周围组织高或者低,形成的对比使用一些器械将图像显示出来.早在80年代时我国临床开始应用对比剂,还是通过国际知名临床研究才认识到的对比剂,非离子型对比剂的安全性要较高一些,在造影检查中使用非离子型对比剂是最有效、安全的一种方式,但是实际中我国临床对于对比剂的认知还是较为缺乏的.临床使用对比剂不仅为疾病的诊断提供了精准的信息,但是也不可避免的出现了一些不良事件,尤其是使用不当更会引发各并发症.
