目的建立固相微萃取(SPME)-气相色谱/质谱法(GC-MS)同时测定饮用水中的6种痕量邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的分析方法。方法选用65μm PDMS/DVB(65μm)萃取纤维对水样中邻苯二甲酸酯(PAEs)进行萃取富集,在GC进样口250℃下解析,应用气相色谱/质谱SIM扫描模式同时测定6种PAEs。结果 6种PAEs可以得到很好的分离,检出限低,平均回收率为78.7%~128.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为6.2%~21.6%。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,具有良好的灵敏度,能满足对生活饮用水中6种痕量PAEs的定性定量检测。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 6 trace phthalates in drinking water by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods The PAEs in water samples were extracted with 65μm PDMS / DVB (65μm) fiber and analyzed by GC at 250 ℃. Simultaneous determination of PAEs by gas chromatography / mass spectrometry SIM scan 6 PAEs. Results The six kinds of PAEs were well separated and the detection limits were low. The average recoveries ranged from 78.7% to 128.5%. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 6.2% to 21.6%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. It can meet the qualitative and quantitative detection of six trace PAEs in drinking water.
