追踪考核是伴随着岗位职务培训的开展而产生的一种新的考核方法。它是传统的考试考核方法的发展和完善。传统的考试考核是在学员学习期间进行的,其考核场所在校内,考核重点是学员应掌握的基本理论知识和运用基本理论知识的基本技能,而追踪考核足在学员结束学业以后进行的,其考核场所是在学员的生产,工作岗位上,考核重点是学员接受培训后的岗位职务
Tracking assessment is a new assessment method that accompanies the post job training. It is the development and improvement of the traditional examination methods. The traditional examination examination is carried out during the student study period. The examination place is in the school. The examination focus is the basic theoretical knowledge and basic skills of the students who should master the basic theoretical knowledge.
