以啤酒用二棱皮大麦(Hordeum distichum L.)品种76-22和食用六棱裸大麦(H.sub-haxastichum L.)品种矮杆齐为材料,研究了春大麦80%乙醇溶性糖、4.0N 过氮酸溶性多糖、硝态氮、氨基酸和全 N 含量的消长规律和氮专的积累运转规律。主要结果是:醇溶糖是春大麦营养器官暂贮碳水化合物的主要形态;多糖、氨基酸和全 N 含量主妻受器官的日龄影响,而醇溶糖和硝态氮含量则受植株生育进程和器官日龄两者的影响;拔节前,叶片是醇溶糖和氮素的主要贮藏场所,拔节后,叶片主要贮藏氮素,醇溶性糖则由节间贮藏;单株氨素的积累呈 S 形曲线;两个品种的基本规律相似,主要差别在于76-22耔粒氮素主要依赖于灌浆前积累氮素的再分配,而矮杆齐除依赖于前者外,还依赖于乳熟期上部叶片对氮素的继续同化。
