春大麦生育规律及其应用的研究 Ⅱ.主要碳、氮化合物消长和氮素的积累运转规律

以啤酒用二棱皮大麦(Hordeum distichum L.)品种76-22和食用六棱裸大麦(H.sub-haxastichum L.)品种矮杆齐为材料,研究了春大麦80%乙醇溶性糖、4.0N 过氮酸溶性多糖、硝态氮、氨基酸和全 N 含量的消长规律和氮专的积累运转规律。主要结果是:醇溶糖是春大麦营养器官暂贮碳水化合物的主要形态;多糖、氨基酸和全 N 含量主妻受器官的日龄影响,而醇溶糖和硝态氮含量则受植株生育进程和器官日龄两者的影响;拔节前,叶片是醇溶糖和氮素的主要贮藏场所,拔节后,叶片主要贮藏氮素,醇溶性糖则由节间贮藏;单株氨素的积累呈 S 形曲线;两个品种的基本规律相似,主要差别在于76-22耔粒氮素主要依赖于灌浆前积累氮素的再分配,而矮杆齐除依赖于前者外,还依赖于乳熟期上部叶片对氮素的继续同化。 In this study, 80% ethanol-soluble sugars, 4.0% of barley from barley (Hordeum distichum L.) variety 76-22 and H.sub-haxastichum L. variety N-soluble nitrogen-soluble polysaccharides, nitrate nitrogen, amino acids and total N content of the law of the growth and accumulation and operation of nitrogen accumulation law. The accumulation of single plant ammonia The main difference is that the 76-22 grain nitrogen mainly relies on the redistribution of accumulated nitrogen prior to grain filling, while the dwarf bar addition relies on the former but also depends on the milky millet Upper leaves continue to assimilate nitrogen.
