太化公司的生产装置均为50年代末、60年代初苏联援建项目,到了80年代,设备明显老化,技术落后,但因缺乏资金而无法更新;跑、冒、滴、漏不但腐蚀了设备,同时也严重污染了环境,环保罚款、工人不安心工作等问题接踵而来。针对上述问题,公司领导从1983年开始,先后抓了“一类岗位”“无泄漏区”“无泄漏车间”“无泄漏工厂”的创建工作。经多年努力,设备状况发生了很大变化,到1987年,公司所属7个企业均荣获“无泄漏工厂”称号。1991年度主要设备完好率97％,装置平均运转率84.3％,
In the late 1980s and early 1960s, the production facilities of Taihua Company were both Soviet-aid projects. By the 1980s, the equipment was significantly aged and outdated but unable to be updated due to lack of funds. Running, running, dripping and leaking not only corroded the equipment , But also seriously polluted the environment, environmental fines and workers’ uneasy work ensued. In response to the above problems, the company leadership from 1983 onwards, has arrested “a class post”, “no leakage zone”, “no leakage of plant” “leak-free factory” to create work. After years of hard work, great changes have taken place in the equipment status. By 1987, all seven companies owned by the Company were awarded the title of “No-leakage Factory”.
