关于堕胎(人工流产)的问题,伦理学界的争论不断,由于不同案例情况的复杂性,看待堕胎问题的视角也在不断转换,从胎儿的本体论地位到生命权的本质含义,从单方面的权利诉求的矛盾对立到堕胎涉及的主体间关系与权利义务的探讨。本文将从一个具体而典型的选择情境(病儿的堕胎问题)引入,总结分析在这种情境下,几种主要观点之间的理论交锋,以及如何应用这些理论为实践选择提供辩护。在此分析基础上,笔者还将从ELSI的研究视角提出自己的观点。
With regard to abortion (abortion), the debates in the ethics community have been constantly debated. Due to the complexity of different case situations, the perspective of abortion is also changing. From the ontological status of the fetus to the essential meaning of the right to life, from one-sided Conflicts of Rights Appeal Opposition to the Subjects, Rights and Obligations Involved in Abortion. This article will introduce a specific and typical selection scenario (abortion problem of sick children), summarize and analyze the theoretical clashes between several major viewpoints in this situation, and how to apply these theories to defend the choice of practice. On the basis of this analysis, I will also put forward my point of view from the perspective of ELSI research.
