1958年8月,北戴河会议通过《关于在农村建立人民公社问题的决议》,中央决定在全国成立“一大二公”的人民公社,全国范围内出现大炼钢铁、人民公社化运动的高潮,以高指标、瞎指挥、浮夸风和“共产风”为主要标志的“左”倾错误在全国泛滥。
In August 1958, the Beidaihe Conference passed the “Resolution on Establishing a People’s Commune in Rural Areas”. The Central Government decided to establish a people’s commune “one or two” in the whole country.
