Objective To investigate the correlation between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and cardiovascular disease and its prognosis. Methods Six hundred and sixty patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object, including 500 cases of N-type AF and 100 cases of non-N-type AF. 500 patients with N AFLD were divided into two groups: ALT≤40UI / L, duration of improvement (40UI / L 80UI / L). The correlation between ALT and coronary heart disease was analyzed. The incidence of cardiac events was compared between the group of unchanged course of disease, the course of disease improvement and the course of exacerbation. Results (1) The incidence of coronary heart disease increased with the increase of ALT (P <0.05). The level of ALT was positively correlated with the incidence of coronary heart disease (r = 0.284, P <0.05). (3) The cardiac events increased with the increase of ALT (P <0.05). Conclusions There is a close relationship between NAFLD and cardiovascular diseases. It should pay more attention to patients with elevated ALT in patients with NAFLD, to guard against serious cardiac events.
