用于脱墨研究的传统的实验室浮选槽通常有很多弊端,浮选槽的许多物理参数难以控制,如进气体积和气泡尺寸分布。为了克服这些困难,设计了一种带回路的新型浮选槽。该浮选槽的进气口的水力学条件与工业浮选槽非常接近,可精确测量进气量,且通过观察口可以测定气泡尺寸。文中还介绍了浮选槽内流速和脱墨化学品对气泡尺寸分布、浮选效率以及空气体积分数的影响。
Conventional laboratory flotation cells used for deinking research often have many drawbacks, and many of the physical parameters of the flotation cell are difficult to control, such as the inlet gas volume and bubble size distribution. In order to overcome these difficulties, a new type of flotation cell with circuit was designed. The inlet of the flotation tank is very close to the industrial flotation tank in terms of its hydraulics, allowing precise measurement of the intake air volume and the size of the bubble through the observation port. The article also introduced the flotation tank flow rate and deinking chemicals on bubble size distribution, flotation efficiency and air volume fraction.
