稀土镁铁素体球铁是一种价格低廉、性能优良的工程材料。本文就其常温机械性能及硅、锰对低温冲击韧性的影响作出一些结果。经对比得出:当Si≤3%、Mn≤0.5%时,脆性转变温度低于0℃、综合性能较好。对稀土镁铁素体球铁与铸钢性能作了对比,认为在冶金备件中以铁代钢具有实际可能性。 用铁球代ZG35生产了2.2m~3 、重2.5吨璧厚25mm的平炉装料槽,己使用8个月,并经受-30℃的严冬气温考验。寿命与铸钢件相当,而成本节约28%。每个料槽节省750元投资,按包钢炼钢厂1981年订货130个计,全年则可节约96500元。文中还对球铁料槽可用性及存在问题作了讨论。
Rare earth magnesium ferrite ductile iron is a low cost, excellent performance of engineering materials. In this paper, some results of its mechanical properties at room temperature and the impact of silicon and manganese on the impact toughness at low temperature are given. The results show that: when Si≤3%, Mn≤0.5%, the brittle transition temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the overall performance is better. On the rare earth magnesium ferrite ductile iron and cast steel properties were compared, that the iron in the metallurgical spare parts with the actual possibility of steel. Iron ball on behalf of the ZG35 production of 2.2m ~ 3, weighing 2.5 tons 25mm thick flat hearth trough, has been used for 8 months, and to withstand -30 ℃ winter temperature test. The life expectancy is comparable to steel castings, while the cost savings are 28%. 750 yuan savings per tank investment, according to Baotou steelworks ordered 130 in 1981, the annual savings of 96,500 yuan. The article also discussed the availability of ductile iron trough and its existing problems.
