Exercise tests often have supraventricular systolic, but the significance of its ST segment down has not been reported. This prompted us to investigate the relationship between exercise-induced supraventricular premature supraventricular tachycardia and previous ST segment depression of sinus beats and their association with coronary heart disease (CAD).
