PET/CT在乳腺癌的临床应用中具有重要作用。研究发现,乳腺癌ER、PR及Her-2的表达是~(18)F-FDG摄取的影响因素。~(18)F-FDG标准摄取值的测定可有助于确认肿瘤的ER表达状态,摄取值高的肿瘤可能其ER状态为阴性。内分泌治疗前后~(18)F-FDG标准摄取值的改变还可以预测他莫昔芬的疗效。虽然将其应用于临床中还存在一些需要解决的问题,但随着研究的深入,~(18)F-FDG PET/CT在识别治疗靶点、鉴别耐药原因及预测疗效和个体化治疗等方面应用前景将更加广阔。
