档案不仅对企业顺利改制,而且对改制后企业的发展有重要的保障和促进作用。文章分析了企业改制中档案管理存在的问题,提出若干建议。
The file not only provides a smooth restructuring for the enterprise, but also plays an important role in safeguarding and promoting the development of the enterprise after the reform. The article analyzes the existing problems in file management in enterprise restructuring and puts forward some suggestions.
