研究了用加压排代色谱新工艺从堆照产物钆中分离少量放射性杂质~(152,154)Eu和~(160)Tb,得到纯放射性同位素~(153,159)Gd。以EDTA作排代剂,研究了柱比、乙酸铵浓度、排代剂酸度和浓度以及流速等各种工艺条件对分离效果的影响。结果表明,减小排代剂的流速,控制适当的谱带移动速度,使得在不同浓度排代剂条件下,均能得到良好的分离效果。
In this paper, we studied the separation of a small amount of radioactive impurities ~ (152,154) Eu and ~ (160) Tb from gadolinium as a pure radioactive isotope ~ (153,159) Gd by pressure displacement chromatography. With EDTA as displacing agent, the influences of column conditions such as column ratio, ammonium acetate concentration, acidity and concentration of displacement agent and flow rate on the separation efficiency were studied. The results show that reducing the flow rate of the displacing agent and controlling the appropriate moving speed of the band make it possible to obtain a good separation effect under different concentrations of displacing agent.
