农民工流动就业是我国在特定历史背景下伴随工业化、城市化和市场化进程而出现的一个社会现象,在苏州经济文化的发展中,农民工成为城市发展中不可或缺力量,但同时由于城乡差别、文化差异,也带来了众多冲突和矛盾。社会和谐首先是文化的和谐和人们心理的和谐,因而吴文化区域在构建和谐社会的进程中要对农民工的文化心理和谐给予高度重视和积极引导。
Migrant workers’ employment in migration is a social phenomenon that accompanied with industrialization, urbanization and marketization in our country under certain historical background. Migrant workers have become an indispensable force in urban development in the economic and cultural development of Suzhou. However, Differences and cultural differences have also brought about many conflicts and conflicts. Social harmony is firstly the harmony of culture and the harmony of people’s psychology. Therefore, in the process of building a harmonious society, Wu culture area should attach great importance to and actively guide the cultural psychology harmony of migrant workers.
