利用上限元技术(UBET)模拟了空心件正挤压成形过程中的变形力规律,分析了变形比、摩擦因子、以及凹模锥角θ对挤压力及内孔壁裂纹形成的影响。由此得出减少裂纹产生的措施,为工艺参数的选择提供理论依据。
The upper bound element technique (UBET) was used to simulate the deformation force of the hollow part during the extrusion process. The effect of the deformation ratio, the friction factor and the taper angle of the die on the extrusion force and the crack formation in the inner wall were analyzed. From this we can get the measures to reduce the cracks and provide the theoretical basis for the choice of process parameters.
