蓄能器是液压系统的一个重要部件,广泛地被用于蓄能、补偿泄漏、消除液压脉动和冲击。作者对国产并联囊式蓄能器的进出油阀进行了重新设计,设计出新型串联囊式蓄能器,图1为其结构原理图。这种蓄能器在保持并联囊式蓄能器优点的同时,大大提高了其衰减液压脉动、特别是泵输出的高频液压脉动的能力,是一种蓄能和衰减压力脉动兼容的新型蓄
Accumulators are an important part of hydraulic systems and are widely used to store energy, compensate for leaks, and eliminate hydraulic pulsations and shocks. The author redesigned the inlet and outlet valves of domestic parallel pocket accumulators to design a new type of tandem bladder accumulator. The schematic diagram of the structure is shown in Fig.1. This kind of accumulator greatly improves the ability to attenuate the hydraulic pulsations, especially the high-frequency hydraulic pulsation of the pump output, while maintaining the advantages of the parallel bladder accumulator, and is a new type of accumulator that is compatible with attenuation pressure pulsation
