班主任在教育教学中究竟扮演着什么角色?这一点不弄清楚,班主任专业化便无从谈起。我国的班主任制度是从前苏联借鉴过来的。在前苏联,班主任被定位为教师群体的组织者,并成为连接教师集体与学生集体的纽带。而在中国,班主任的实际定位离其最初定位已经越来越远,并且发生了本质的变化:班主任越来越多地承担着班级日常事务管理和行政事务以及班级教学的统筹工作,可以说,现行班主任工作制是成文或者不成文的班主任包办班务制。与此同时,班主任的定位也越来越模糊,于是,当今班主任在日常工作中时常出现这样的困惑:班主任到底应该如何定位?班主任在班级教育工作中有何特殊地位?这一期,请关注——
What is the role of the class teacher in education and teaching? This is not clear, the specialization of the class teacher can not talk about. The class teacher system in our country is borrowed from the former Soviet Union. In the former Soviet Union, the class teacher was identified as the organizer of the teacher group and became the link connecting the group of teachers with the group of students. In China, the actual orientation of the headteacher has been farther and farther away from its initial orientation and has undergone the essential change: the headteacher is more and more undertaking the task of daily affairs management and administrative affairs of the class and the co-ordination of class teaching. The current class teacher work system is written or unwritten class teacher arranged the service system. At the same time, the orientation of the teacher is more and more obscure, so today’s teacher often appear in the daily work of such confusion: what should the class teacher in the end position?
