甘蔗野生种蔗茅抗旱、耐寒,在甘蔗抗逆育种中具有较好的应用前景,为更有效的将蔗茅应用于现代甘蔗新品种的选育及旧有甘蔗品种的改良,有必要对蔗茅资源的遗传多样性进行研究。本研究利用12对引物对48份采自不同省区的蔗茅无性系进行SSR分析,共扩增出266条带,其中多态性带总数为237条,多态率达89.10%,说明此蔗茅无性系间存在较丰富的遗传多样性;从聚类结果可以看出这48份蔗茅无性系可分为4个群体;结果还表明蔗茅的采集地与聚类结果并没有直接的对应关系。研究结果可为这些蔗茅无性系在甘蔗育种中的进一步利用提供科学依据。
