目的探讨分析在牙种植中引导骨再生中采用不同的口腔修复膜材料的临床效果。方法选取其中行牙种植引导骨再生的患者120例,将其随机分为对照组60例和实验组60例,对照组在牙种植中采取钛膜引导骨再生,而实验组在牙种植中采取海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生,比较两组牙种植引导骨再生患者的临床修复效果。结果经牙种植引导骨再生,实验组患者的临床修复有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者经一周治疗后,骨厚度、植骨厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组产生不良反应的例数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论海奥口腔修复膜引导骨再生在牙种植中具有很高的临床修复有效率,临床效果好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of different oral repair materials used in guiding bone regeneration in dental implants. Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 60) and experimental group (n = 60). The control group received titanium membrane to guide bone regeneration in dental implants, while the experimental group was used in dental implants HAO Oral Repair Membrane Guided Bone Regeneration, Clinical Comparison of the Effects of Orthopedic Guided Bone Regeneration in Two Groups. Results In the experimental group, the effective rate of clinical repair in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The bone thickness and the thickness of the bone graft in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion HAO Oral Repair Membrane guided bone regeneration in dental implants with high clinical repair efficiency, clinical effect is good, it is worth promoting.
