第七章摘要在前面六章我们描述了许多不同类型的细胞和器官培养的特点,并指出如何应用它们去解决形形色色的研究问题。正如所预言,组织培养对于研究植物形态发生做出了重要贡献。形态发生问题的研究,的确为现代应用所有技术的发展提供了基础。单细胞无性系培养、细胞悬浮培养以及在愈伤组织内诱导器官和胚胎发挥这些非常成功的技术,在研究形态发生时做出的发现中,都有所发展。
Chapter 7 Abstract In the previous six chapters we describe the characteristics of many different types of cell and organ culture and show how they can be used to solve a wide range of research problems. As predicted, tissue culture has made an important contribution to the study of plant morphogenesis. The study of morphological problems indeed provides the basis for the development of all technologies in modern applications. Single cell clonal culture, cell suspension culture, and induction of organs and embryos in callus play these very successful techniques, have been developed in the study of morphological findings made.
