(一)塑料袋简易制种新法 (1)培养基配方 ①母种、原种、栽培种培养基配方:木屑78％、麸皮20％、石膏和糖各1％,防污助菌剂适量。②料水比为1:1.2～1.3。 (2)装料和灭菌 装料时应选用厚度0.04毫米以上塑料袋,料装得松紧适度,扎紧袋口后即可进行常压灭菌。如条件有限,生产数量又少,装完料后,也可集中再装入一大塑料袋中放入大铁锅里在100℃的沸水中蒸著2～3小时左右,出锅后移入接种室(帐)内,
