目的:探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统在多发乳房良性微小肿块中的应用价值。方法在超声图像的监控下,利用Mammotome微创旋切系统对960例(3,680个)乳腺微小肿块进行活检并将肿块完全切除。结果958例3,678个(99.95%)肿块被准确地完全切除,2例2个(0.05%)肿块被漏切,局部血肿42例,皮肤瘀血24例,均自行吸收,无其它并发症。946例患者对疗效满意(98.7%),956例患者主观较为满意(99.8%),952例患者经复查客观效果满意(99.4%)。结论 Mammotome乳腺肿块微创旋切术,由于整个操作过程在高分辨率声像图上可视性进行,定位准确,切除彻底,创伤小,并发症少,几乎不影响乳房外观,尤其适用于年轻多发乳房良性微小肿块。“,”Objective To evaluate the applying value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimal invasive system in treatment of benign masses of breasts.Method Under the monitoring of the ultrasound images, we completely resected and pathological examined in 960 cases (3,680 breast tiny masses) by the Mammotome. Result958 cases (3,678 masses, 99.95%) were accurately completely resected, 2 cases (2 masses, 0.05%) because the omission were not resected, local hematoma in 42 cases, skin ecchymosis 24 cases were all self-absorbed. No other complications happened. 946 patients were satisfi ed by the treatment effect (98.7%), 956 patients subjective satisfied (99.8%), 952 patients were satisfied by the objective effect (99.4%).Conclusion Because the entire process was operated in the high-resolution sonographic visibility, the Mammotome would achieve accurate positioning, complete resection, less trauma, fewer complications, almost no bad affect on breast appearance, especially appropriation for the tiny, multiple breast masses in young women.
