湖北省南漳县四十七户地方工业已有四十二户实行了不同形式的经济责任制,进度快,效果好。全县工业总产值比去年同期增长14.5%,全员劳动生产率上升12.7%,可比产品成本下降5.3%,国营工业入库利润上升20.3%。这个县推行经济责任制之所以抓得紧,主要原因是他们从企业长期吃大锅饭造成的经济损失中,看到了实行经济责任制的重要性;从管理比较好的企业中,看到了实行经济责任制的优越性;从企业整顿的实践中,看到了实行经济责任制的紧迫性。各级领导同志,坚持大胆改革,采取实事求是的态度,做了大量深入细致的工作。他们已实行的经济责任制形式,目前主要有以下七种:一是全部浮动工资,取消原有的工资级别,按工人的实
Twenty-seven households in 47 local households in Nanji County, Hubei Province have implemented different forms of economic responsibility. The progress is fast and the effect is good. The county’s total industrial output value increased by 14.5% over the same period of last year, the labor productivity of all employees rose by 12.7%, the comparable product cost decreased by 5.3%, and state-owned industrial storage profits rose by 20.3%. The reason why this county’s implementation of the economic responsibility system was tightly grasped was mainly because they saw the importance of the implementation of the economic responsibility system from the economic losses caused by the company’s long-term consumption of large-pot rice; from the relatively well-managed enterprises, they saw the implementation of economic responsibility. The superiority of the system; from the practice of enterprise rectification, we have seen the urgency of implementing the economic responsibility system. Leading comrades at all levels have persisted in bold reforms and adopted the attitude of seeking truth from facts and have done a lot of in-depth and meticulous work. There are currently seven types of economic responsibility that they have implemented: The first is all floating wages, and the original salary level is cancelled, according to the actual conditions of the workers.
