众所公认,我国证券市场目前并不成熟和完善,中国证券脱胎于根深蒂固的计划经济。“政策市”和“消息市”曾是一度困扰我国证券市场的两个问题。究其原因,前者与我国转轨时期的特殊体制有关,后者则主要是信息披露制度不完善所造成的恶果。证券传媒作为沟通整个证券市场的重要中介,对于在可调节范围内的后一个问题,也负有一定的责任。
It is generally acknowledged that the securities market in our country is not mature and perfect at present. China’s securities are born out of the deep-rooted planned economy. “Policy Market” and “Information Market” were two problems that plagued the securities market in our country once. The reason is that the former is related to the special system during the transitional period in our country and the latter is mainly the evil result caused by the imperfect information disclosure system. Securities and media as an important intermediary to communicate the entire securities market, for the latter in the adjustable range, also have some responsibility.
