随着时代的进步和发展,我国事业体制的改革日趋深入,特别是市场经济的确立和完善,事业单位在发展过程中面临着日趋激烈的市场竞争。在这种情况下,就需要重视事业单位的档案管理工作,针对出现的问题,采取一些新思路,提升档案管理的效率和质量。本文简要分析了事业单位档案管理的新思路,希望可以提供一些有价值的参考意见。
With the progress and development of the times, the reform of China’s business system has been deepened day by day. In particular, the establishment and improvement of the market economy has been faced with the institutional units being faced with increasingly fierce market competition in the development process. Under such circumstances, it is necessary to attach importance to the file management work of public institutions and to adopt some new ideas in light of the problems that have arisen so as to enhance the efficiency and quality of file management. This article briefly analyzes the new idea of file management in public institutions and hopes to provide some valuable reference suggestions.
