江苏仪征化纤股份有限公司是从1982年起,分三期总投资66亿元建设成的我国特大型化纤骨干企业,目前已形成年产聚酯产品80万吨的生产能力,占全国聚酯总产量的1/2。在从1990年10月至今的7年中,从自有资金中抽出3000万用于信息化建设,没要国家一分钱。去年底,记者采访了仪征化纤股份有限公司信息中心齐学忠主任。
