目前国内外对刺梨(Rosa roxbughiiTratt)的驯化栽培颇为重视,为了适应刺梨生产发展的需要,于1981年和1982年的夏、秋季进行了本试验。 材料与方法 试验设在贵州农学院内,试验地平坦,土质为黄壤,微酸性,土层深厚,地下水位较高,光照好。试材为贵阳花溪野生刺梨,插条长约16cm,具5~6芽,顶端带2~3片叶。插条分四类,见表1。
At present, the domestication and cultivation of Rosa roxbughii Tratt is valued at home and abroad. In order to meet the needs of the development of Rosa roxbughii Tratt, this experiment was carried out in summer and autumn of 1981 and 1982. Materials and Methods The experiment was set up in Guizhou Agricultural College. The experiment was flat and the soil was yellow soil with slightly acidic soil. The soil layer was deep and the groundwater level was high. The test material is wild prickly pear of Huaxi, Guiyang. The cuttings are about 16cm in length with 5 ~ 6 buds and 2 ~ 3 leaves at the top. Cuttings divided into four categories, see Table 1.
