大量有技能的劳动者是推动社会进步以及农村建设发展的接班人,中等职业教育是我国万千技能型人才重要场所,人才的思想品德规格是影响人才效能发挥重要的因素。培养能坚守在管理、建设、服务以及生产第一线的技能人才,应该加强校园文化、德育实践、心理辅导等教育措施,实现思想道德教育课程设置的意义。
A large number of skilled laborers are successors in promoting social progress and rural construction and development. Secondary vocational education is an important place for thousands of skilled personnel in our country. The ideological and moral qualifications of qualified personnel play an important role in influencing the effectiveness of qualified personnel. To cultivate skilled personnel who can stick to the frontline of management, construction, service and production, we should strengthen the education measures such as campus culture, moral education practice and psychological counseling so as to realize the significance of the curriculum of ideological and moral education.
