张伟,女,南京市力学小学音乐教师兼副教导主任。1989年毕业于南京市艺术学院音乐学院,后分配到小学任教至今。多次为市区同行上研究课和示范课,十多篇教学案例、论文发表或获奖。其中《用音乐描绘一个美丽的国度》获全国二等奖,《浅谈如何优化音乐欣赏教学》获省级三等奖。她还先后获得过南京市音乐教师基本功大赛一等奖等十多个奖项。她辅导的学校合唱团、竖笛队、集体舞队、鼓号队参加市区比赛均获得过一等奖的好成绩。近二十年的工作期间,她先后获得过市学科带头人、市优秀青年教师、区优秀共产党员、周恩来班奖教基金获得者、家校工作先进个人等光荣称号。
Zhang Wei, female, Nanjing City mechanics primary school music teacher and associate professor. Graduated from Nanjing Arts College Conservatory of Music in 1989 and assigned to teach in elementary school till now. Repeatedly for the city counterparts on the research class and demonstration class, more than a dozen teaching cases, papers published or award-winning. Among them, “use music to depict a beautiful country” won the second prize in China. “How to Optimize Music Appreciation Teaching” won the provincial third prize. She also won more than ten prizes, such as the First Prize of Nanjing Music Teachers Basic Contest. She counseled school choir, clarinet, collective dance team, drum team to participate in urban competition have won the first prize of good grades. Nearly two decades of work, she has won the municipal academic leaders, outstanding young teachers in the city, the district outstanding Communist Party members, Zhou Enlai Award recipients of fund-raising, home school advanced individual and other honorary titles.
