Tsinghua University and TSMC on the 16th jointly published 65 nm production and industrial cooperation results, provided by TSMC 65 nm process wafer co-ride service, Tsinghua University Institute of Microelectronics in the semi-digital phase-locked loop (PhaseLock Loop) and analog / Digital Analog Converters set a world-class milestone in both research and bring innovative developments to China’s IC design industry.
