School health education refers to a purposeful, conscious, and organized education activity that teaches students about health knowledge, develops students’ health awareness, and forms good healthy living habits within the specific scope of the school. Forming healthy behavior habits is the core of school health education. Under a certain knowledge structure, the formation of good habits of behavior is the common point of education of the two subjects and is also the combination of the two.
