在新的历史条件下,构建和谐劳动关系是加强和创新社会管理、保障和改善民生的重要内容,是建设社会主义和谐社会的重要基础,是经济持续健康发展的重要保证。目前,我国正处于经济社会转型时期,劳动关系的主体及其利益诉求越来越多元化,劳动关系矛盾已进入凸显期和多发期。对劳动关系存在的突出问题进行科学的分析研究并给出切实可行的建议,对构建和谐劳动关系具有十分重要的意义。街道作为政府最基层单位,创建和谐劳动关系街道是构建和谐劳动关系的重要组成部分。
