题目“魂系法援”几个文字,原本是山东省德州市政法机关一位领导同志给德州市法律援助中心主任田九禄题写的条幅,笔者冒昧地借作本文标题。今年4月初,我在德州市法援中心主任田九禄的办公室里与他拉呱。他的办公室见方不足8米,环顾四壁,除了上述那幅条幅,便是窗台上随意摆放的一溜奖状十分抢眼:全省十佳律师、山东省政法委和人事厅所记二等功、全国优秀律师,等等。随着你对这位主人了解的深入,那荣誉便渐渐透过表面的层灰,显露出耀眼的光芒。
