曹州镜面柿是山东菏泽的特产果品,用镜面柿加工的“曹州耿饼”素以质细、味甜、多霜而驰名中外。1 品种特点植株高大,生长旺盛,树姿开张,树冠呈圆头形。果实中等大,单果重150g左右,果形扁圆,大小均匀。果皮薄而光滑,橙红色,果肉金黄色,肉质松脆,味香甜,汁多,无核。以制饼为主,制成的曹州耿饼霜多、味甜、质软、品质上乘。定植后3年始果,10年后进入盛果期,寿命长,达数百年之久。盛果树株产果250～400kg。该品种喜土层深厚肥沃的沙壤土,抗旱、耐涝、丰产稳产,但抗逆性较差。
