湖南省第二届人民代表大会第三次会议胜利开幕了。这次大会,检阅了我省一年来工农业生产和其他各项社会主义建设事业的伟大成就,总结交流了一年来的工作经验,集中地反映了全省各地贯彻执行中共中央和中共湖南省委关于农村人民公社和大办农业、大办粮食的方针政策的情况,讨论了1961年的工作,补选了全国人民代表大会代表,补选和改选了湖南省人民委员会委员,以及常德、郴州中级人民法院院长,并且确定了我省人民当前的重要任务。会议充分发扬了民主团结的精神,代表们满怀信心地一致表示要把大会的各项决议带到群众中去,进一步团结全省人民,在党的领导下,夺取1961年的农业大丰收,实现整个国民经济的持续跃进.我们深信,这次会议精神,将在我省今后各方面的工作中产生巨大的作用。我们热烈地祝贺这次会议的成功。
The third session of the second Hunan Provincial People’s Congress won the victory. This congress reviewed the great achievements of our province in industrial and agricultural production and other socialist construction projects in the past year, summed up and exchanged the work experience of the past year and concentratedly reflected the implementation of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee With regard to the guidelines for rural people’s communes and agriculture and the large food trade, they discussed the work of 1961, the election by-election of representatives of the National People’s Congress, by-elections and reelected as members of the Hunan Provincial People’s Committee, as well as Changde and Chenzhou Intermediate People’s court president, and to determine the people of our province’s current important task. The meeting fully demonstrated the spirit of democratic solidarity. Delegates confidently expressed their unanimous agreement to bring the resolutions of the General Assembly to the masses and further unite the people of the entire province to win the 1961 agricultural harvest under the leadership of the party and achieve The entire national economy continues to leap forward and we are convinced that the spirit of this conference will have a tremendous role in all aspects of our province’s future work.
