目的:分析引起中药不良反应及药源性疾病的主要因素,促进临床合理用药。方法:通过以“中药”和“不良反应”为关键词,检索CHKD期刊全文数据中1998-2008年国内所有文献,查阅中药致不良反应文献的原文,并进行统计分析。结果:列出常用动物药中药饮片引起不良反应及药源性疾病。结论:不良反应分类繁多,临床表现多种多样,宜引起医务人员和广大患者的重视。
Objective: To analyze the main factors causing adverse reactions and drug-induced diseases in traditional Chinese medicine and to promote the rational use of drugs. Methods: By using “Chinese medicine” and “adverse reactions” as the key words, all the domestic literature in CHKD periodicals from 1998 to 2008 were searched, the original articles of ADR caused by traditional Chinese medicine were consulted, and statistical analysis was made. Results: List common animal medicine Chinese Herbal Pieces cause adverse reactions and drug-induced diseases. Conclusion: A wide range of adverse reactions, a variety of clinical manifestations, should cause medical personnel and the majority of patients attention.
